Technical Telecaller

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to the role of Technical Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing Team. As a Technical Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and building strong customer relationships in the EdTech segment.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Providing accurate and informative product/service information to potential customers.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record in telemarketing or sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in verbal communication in multiple Indian languages is a bonus - Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi.

Duration:

  • 2 months probation/internship period with performance-based incentives.
  • Full-Time with fixed monthly stipend and bonus after probation/internship period.
