Role: Technical Telecaller

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to the role of Technical Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing Team. As a Technical Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and building strong customer relationships in the EdTech segment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Outbound calling to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria.
Providing accurate and informative product/service information to potential customers.
Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Proven track record in telemarketing or sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in verbal communication in multiple Indian languages is a bonus - Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi.
